Group Hunt Craziness!!

So there I was, doing my usual thing just blowing things up in the spider temple, when out of nowhere Sage Pandoreh, Lord Gedron, the Legendary Darksnake, Hrvac, Pallidas, Kalaman, Ilistin, Kresl, Lord Sammeal, and Aurndil show up. I thought to myself, this is strange, some of these guys are pretty old to be in here. I soon realized that this was the group hunt that I had forgotten to join up with at the guild. So I managed to stop them long enough by biting Hrvac to join up. After a while of slaughtering priests, arachnids, priestesses, and acolytes with no real trouble, we all decided to head back to town and pop our boxes. While we did that we decided to find a place that would be more...challenging. Shan it was!! Most of us headed ta Sol at that point and got nice and spelled up (well, we have the spells). After climbin into a hole, and up a wall, I found myself and my adventurous companions facing a bunch of Shan Warriors. After having my hand slapped so hard that I dropped my dagger we got to work. Warriors were dropping left and right when the reinforcements started to arrive. Wizards, Clerics, and the dangerous Rangers began to show up. After killing a few Wizards and Rangers, the clerics began to get fed up and fogged to us. Well one ranger slipped under the close watch of da older members of the group, and thorned Gedron!!
He took it like a true sorceror, and died very quickly...hehe. Pallidas fogged him back to town while we took a little bit better care to forget those pesky rangers. Eventually we were rejoined by the resilient Gedron and home town boy Pallidas. Pallidas, while preparing to fog us all back to town, decided to dream voln style for a bit at the sight of a cleric and arachnid, and almost had a very permanent dream. Luckily the implosions were flying and he made it out. Upon returning to town, we began popping boxes. One of them had a hammer and vial trap which was jes a bit out of Hrvac disarming range. Because we did not know of the tower being sancted, we had a volunteer bash it open. Needless ta say the following gas cloud was interesting...and we all had our eyes in the room ta check it out! Nothing like 6 eyes floating around and returning to their masters at the same time!!
Twas an interesting night, and the most fun I've had in a long time. Someone always dies when Pandoreh hosts a hunt by the way...but we were all havin fun. Next time the group hunt comes around I hope that we can have a larger group, and even more fun...maybe blow up the tower in the landin this time...hehe.

Blow shatters knee and severs lower leg!

* Gedron drops dead at your feet!

And we sorcerors work together well in groups too...hehe...

The ground around you seems to shake violently, making it hard to stand.
Gedron loses his balance and falls over.

Suddenly, the ground seems steadier.

A dark shadow passes over a shan ranger.

Bushes close in around the path here, and appear to persist on the path in spite of being regularly cut back. Brambles and thorn bushes sport vibrant flowers, but bite and tear at anyone or anything coming too close. You also see a shan cleric that appears stunned, a copper lockpick, a shan ranger that appears stunned, a mammoth arachnid mandible, a rose-marrow potion and the Tridanth disk.

Aurndil tries to pull you to your feet, but you are too heavy.

Both legs are frightfully stripped down to the bone marrow. Sadly, the small amounts of tissue remaining are nowhere near what is needed to support the shan cleric's body. +148 damage.
A shan cleric falls to the ground grasping her mangled right leg!

Pallidas stands up.
Sammeal exclaims, "Bloody...!"

And finally...the eye fest while picking boxes in Sol...

[Vornavis, Broken Tower]
Inside the tower, the floor is still sturdy and strong. The walls have cracked and crumbled, but still stand nearly two stories high in some places. To the west, a large doorway leads outward to a cobblestone road. The width of the ring of remains indicate that the tower was once very tall, possibly a watchtower capable of viewing the countryside for miles around. You also see a floating eye that is flying around, a floating eye that is flying around, a floating eye that is flying around, a floating eye that is flying around, a floating eye that is flying around, a plain thanot trunk, an engraved bronze ewer, a large granite block with some stuff on it, a dark crevice and a breach in the ruined tower wall.

Almost forgot bout Pallidas falling asleep fore fogging us all out of shan...

[Vornavian Coast, Forest Road]
The path widens here, and the bushes have been cut back to make room for several camp sites. A supply of wood has been left here, possibly for use by the many loggers who travel through regularly. Rings of stones mark semi-permanent fire pits. You also see the Tridanth disk.
