FA and Disintegrate

12:12 AMIs it only a bonus train in it, or is it pretty much required to be effective with disintegrate? reg

Train in first aid if you want, for other reasons - not for the slight damage increase that it does with 705. reg

Yeah .. that's pretty much it.

I was at the Sorc Seminar at SimuCon when Romulus mentioned that First Aid was factored into Disintegrate damage. "Gotta know where to cut" was his comment. We could never pin him down to specifics, but he did imply that it was only a small factor.

So .. yeah .. FA has other uses, so it's not a bad thing to train in .. but I wouldn't do it specifically for Disintegrate.

Be kinda like killing Giantmen to collect brains.
