Well Zan, that means you tripled in spells for 24 trains. I, on the otherhand, have tripled for 25 trains and am much younger.
Since my circles are more diversified than yours, maybe it'll be more beneficial?
Overall, I am pretty mad about Simu's ideas about changing tripling's bonuses as probably many of the other casters out there are.

Weapon fire is a spell based purely on wizard ranks known compared to the targets age. If you have a good 100 ranks in the wizard circle and you weapon fire someone 100 trainings, they will snap so badly on a roll of 101. However if you have 30 ranks of wizard circle at 100 trainings and you roll a 101 against a critter 100 trainings, you'll do absolutely nothing to it. Call wind also follows this logic, although to a somewhat less degree.

According to Warden you will not be hurt by this change since none of your spell circles exceed your age. Hope this doesn't give the impression that your minor elemental CS will be better than Zanagan's, because it won't. But simply that you won't experience any diminishing returns, Zanagan will.
Zanagan's CS will still be superior then the average wizard, and I don't think his CS will be that far off from what it is now having only tripled 25 times. Diminishing returns is such that if you have a real massive amount of triples, then you're going to get your CS reduced by the most. But if you have only tripled every now and then, your CS won't be reduced by that much.

Ok, on to simple terms.
The more you train, the less cs you get per train. It doesnt mean that your CS is going to be less then somone that doesnt triple, i get that is the assumption listening to some people.
Your stil gonna have a bigger CS, and with the downtweak of creature TD, your still gonna trash creatures, and like kranar said, maybe even more so.
Take for example weapons skill, a warrior who doubles in edge, at first hes getting 10 AS a level, and the wizard that singles gets 5 a level. After 5 levels the warrior has 25 more AS then the wizard, but after 100 levels, the margin is 100. So, in 5 levels you gained 25, but then in the next 95, you only gained 75. Now, after 100 trains, your still gonna kill creatures compared to a wizard, but your not gonna have a AS of 500 more. (which is what you would have without diminishing returns). Imagine that, a warrior having 500 more AS then what you have . Thats how it is with CS now. And thats called a broken system.
