Training past wizard circle?

09:26 PMI am nearing the end of the spell research of the wizard circle, and I am just wondering, is there a reason to train past our familiar gate spell? Why and for what reason is this if so?

09:29 PMThe reasons include weapon fire crit power. The more ranks in the wizard circle you have, the less of a roll you need to get some decent and powerful crits. Call wind also comes to mind, as you get older that spell gets more useful and needed, having more ranks in the wizard circle helps to knock things down easier and with a lower stance. Future potential as well such as immolation (the spell to replace fire cloud), and possibly enchanting. Familiar gate seems to also be affected by wizard ranks known to a lesser degree.
