Since the construction of the Four Winds Hall atrium, pet owners were restricted with political snares, and regulations which forced their darling friends to remain inside. But no longer! Four Winds Hall has struck a deal with the local towns and cities, and a new sense of freedom was created. By local law, pet owners can now allow their faithful friend to roam around within neighborhoods by their side. Take your pets on a walk, sit outside and watch the stars. But do be courteous and clean up after them!
