Haven't you heard, he is now a responsiveness checker...

Whatever a GameMaster's area of expertise, has absolutely no bearing on his ability to conduct responsiveness checks something in which all GameMasters receive training.

On a side note, anyone know how I can get in touch with Tigermist or know who Feedback (GM Daecir) reports up to?
