Locker Manifests (for premium) are now available in the tent where the bankbooks are located in Frostacres. The bankbooks are in the first room, go east for the locker manifests.
I think these little locker books are great. Not only do they list all the items in your locker, put they list items that are INSIDE other items. For example, someone gave me a locket a while ago that I placed in my locker. Once I reviewed my locker manifest, I saw there was a lockpick inside the locket... I didn't ever realize the locket had a pocket!
