The game itself is located in Massachusetts and is fine, but no one can access it because of that router.
In the meantime, you can check out the chat room on Chyla's website if you have java abilities on your browser. www.kasira.com is the URL, and click on the Grunting Room to access it.
It isn't active 24/7 but a bunch of us go in there from time to time just to have a place to commiserate.
I also recommend that website for anyone interested in Inferno topics, from people who come from the Gemstone environment trying to "fit in" to the Inferno environment, to pages on critters and hunting areas, and links to guides on roleplaying in Inferno and the various races. It also has links to the other player websites through a webring.
The Inferno website is also inaccessable right now for the same reason the game is down.
