Ancient Rune Covered Nintendo

My fiance bought me a PS2 for christmas, and I love it. Greatest system ever. Grand Theft Auto 3 is probably the funnest game I've played in my life. Now, I gave her a hard time when she bid fifty-two bucks on a Nintendo and eight games on Ebay but jesus. It's like more entertaining than anything nowadays. I can all play Double Dribble with it's 'Graphically Intense' dunk scenes, switch over to some Ducktales and slap that Glumgold guy on his ass with my cane. The original Super Mario Bros. is capturing my time right now as I never beat it without warping when I was five so I've set upon that goal. Next is the not so popular Adventures of Link, which I have to rape in order to have beaten just about every Zelda game. And the fun doesn't stop there. I can buy Contra for like 99 cents. DO YOU HEAR THAT!?!? I would pay the fifty bucks it cost when it came out if I had to. Quite possibly the greatest football game ever, Tecmo Bowl, 6.99 at funco land. I feel bad now for mocking her, because this has totally made video games fun again... And at a reasonable price. I can panhandle for a new game in like an hour. I'm stuck to the Nintendo for a while. Well atleast till PS2 adopts the greatest hits titles like the original.

P.S. Anyone know if PSOne memory cards work on the PS2? I know you can't save 'uno' games on a 'duece' memory card. And yes, I know I didn't stick with spanish on those two words. reg

PS2 is completely backwards compatible, but you need an old (grey) memory card to save. reg
World cup soccer raped ass.

Is "raped ass" a good thing or bad thing?

If it is a good thing, that is the dumbest slang ever.

G reg

Hey now, we can't all beat people up like jet li versus barbara walters.

I was a big fan of ExciteBike reg

-Blades of Steel
-Jaws
-Mike Tyson's Punch Out (amazing)
-Duck Hunt with the gun

G reg

Seriously, mike tyson's punch out has to be one of the funnest games ever.

ROFL!

The Wizard with Kevin from the Wonder Years!

That movie rocked, and at the end the little mute kid had to play Super Mario 3 to save the day!

- Lord Kranar, human Archwizard reg

Remember the game Dodge ball with the teams from countries all around the world? That was a game to play for hours, me and my brother would play that game till our hands went numb.

My girlfriend got me all the marios for NES as a suprise gift what a great woman.

The so-called "lost levels" was the real Super Mario Bros. 2, and deemed too hard for us stupid Americans. We got (a slightly changed, obviously) Doki Doki Panic instead. reg
Memories. <3 <3

I remember being like 5 and nintendo coming out, and then playing mario brothers til i beat the hell outta it, i liked "Duck Hunt" and i had the gun, so it was even funner.

I got that stupid glove, i remember that thing sucked, i tried to use it ocne and it always malfunctiond so i threw it across my room and never touched it again.

Anyone else have that helmet thing with the eye piece aimer? THAT was tiiight.

G reg

Three words: River City Ransom.

My favorite NES game of all time.

-Lombrosis reg

River City Ransom was great. Very few people I knew had it but it was probably one of my favorites. All whoopin' up some street gangs. Buyin' the extra kick and punch power up's. Saving up for that excalibur thing that I never had enough money for! To my knowledge nothing was as fun as that game. It was like double dragon, but not for wussies. reg
As a side note, you don't need to find an old NES and cartridges to play the games, emulators are available for PCs and some of the game companies have said they don't care about their old 8-bit games being downloaded/traded for free(as if that matters).

-Lombrosis reg

emulators... reg
PocketNES reg
Holy crap. River City Ransom!!!! I forgot ALL about that game. That was one of the tightest games ever, no doubt.

I can't remember the name of this game I used to play... was some kinda "spy" game. I know you played this tall, skinny dark-headed dude and walked through halls shooting guys in these weird masks. Anyways, seems like the game had some numbers in the title.

Anyone remember Master Blaster

rht reg

Golgo 13?

BUckwheet reg

Did that game also have a part where you snipered people through windows in a building across from the one you were in? I remember some game with that in it that I thought was really cool.
