I'm still here...
But if I get disconnected, I get 10 free hours of dial-up internet service, with ads, from NetZero! That's worth $40 a month!

Let me tell you a short story about @home:
So I find out I have to change my email from @home to @rogers, cause @home is bunk. Simple, right? Wrong. I go and read through the [edit], and I see that there is no hook up for Netscape 4.7 for mac. So apparantly I have to upgrade my netscape. I go to do that, and I see that I cant update to netscape v6 unless I am running OS8.5, Im running 8.1. So now, I have to upgrade my operating system in order to change my email. I too damn lazt to do it, and now I wont have email.

So use hotmail or some other free web based mail, myownemail.com has a nice selection of domain names to choose from. Also, I wouldn't upgrade to Netscape 6...it runs really slow for me, on OS 8.6 with 288 MB of RAM. Of course it might run faster if my processer was higher than 233 mHz, but anyway that's my opinion on it

Considering the enormous numbers I thought the process was really painless.
I was really impressed with the automated detection of my cable modem with the webpage popping up that did a self install.
Yep, was net free for 2 or 3 days. Didn't miss much because my wife had the baby.
Babies are much more addicting than games I have found out. Still just staring and wondering over him.

Well hopefully the transition will be smooth for you.
The only complaint I had was the lack of a specific time when the transition would take place and why they couldn't keep the same domain @home name for my email. I kinda liked that name, instead of attbi.com or whatever. Boring...
