Grrrr...Some one read this and help?

Okay, so i goto open a new account in GS3, i just got my brand new debit card (with the Visa logo) for my brand new checking account i open about a week and a half ago...., so now i got the card, went to the ATM and activated it and im like, "Im gonna go home and open my GS account." So i go home, sign online fill out the account form, click the button to finish and i get this message,

What the heck? Anny one ever have a problem with this? theres money in the account, the card is activated cause after i got this the first time i went to an ATM to check my balance to make sure my card was working, and it was, and i just dont get it...anny one ever have this happen to them?

I have to call customer service every time I try to reopen my account because I only have one credit card. Their system keeps the encrypted data in their server and it pops up with an error because their system wants a new one and not the old one.

AOL works the same way, it's a real pain in the neck.

No idea why it would do that for a new debit card, unless Simu doesn't recognize the bank yours is coming from.

Call up the billing depart. at Simutronic's, they should be able to figure it out for you.

You might have to call your bank to make sure that the card has been activated (that's if you haven't been able to use it elsewhere)
