So what kind of cheese do YOU like best?

03:26 PMBig secret time boys and girls, so listen carefully. I'm about to divulge some top-secret info that no one outside the moderator folder knows (til now). Sit back in your seats, get the tape recorder running.

In the moderator folder, the current topic of interest is:

Cheese.

That's right, you heard it here first! We moderators have gone behind your backs and have held a long-winded discussion about our favorite and least favorite solid and semi-solid dairy products! The nerve of us mods, you might say! To keep such titillating and inspirational conversation from the masses! Boy we must hate you all, huh?

Fact of the matter is, we mods are mostly just a bunch of goofballs with no lives and extra time on our hands, and we come up with really STUPID things to talk about in our little mod folder. Cheese just happens to be the topic of the day.

So tell me? What tickles your fancy in the world of bovine milk solids? Gouda? Brie? Cheese in a Can? Or do you go for the more exotic, like feta or fontinella? Or are you the Good Ole Boy who thinks anything other than Velveeta is a communist plot?

Inquiring minds want to know! Honest!

I love almost any type of good cheese, Limberger being the exception. I don't like American cheese very much unless it's the Kraft 2% slices, especially on a grilled cheese sandwich.

Feta on a Greek Salad is awesome.

09:45 PMI've never actually had anything called string cheese (or string chz for that matter), but if it's mozzarella in rounded strips like I think it is, the real thing is cheaper and likely to taste better as well.

Fried breaded mozz mixed with gruyere, with my bacon marinara sauce over the top. YUM.
