Due to the unsuccessful nature of I.P banning any new member wishing to post on these boards will need to provide a valid e-mail address. For now hotmail addresses will be allowed however if there is abuse of hotmail addresses then it will be disabled along with many other e-mail providers that can be registered in under 5 minutes.
If this method also becomes unsuccessful then the next step will be administrative verification of new members. What that means is that before any new member can post, they will require that an administrator approve of them.
Obviously we don't want to go that route, but we certainly can and will if it becomes necessary to maintain some decency on the boards.
