The following is a list in order of crit padding and crit weighting factors from least to greatest. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can explain exactly how these factors work but the list is as follows:
Padding Factors:
----------------
lightly 1-2
fairly 3-4
somewhat 5-6
decently 7-8
heavily 9-11 (note range increase)
very heavily 12-14 (not sure 14 is the top)
exceptionally 15-19 (Again some doubt on the 19 as top)
masterfully 20-24
incredibly 25-up (some doubt on 25 as bottom)
