It has been my observation that he always takes the time to reasonably see things from the other side's perspective (even if it was one that he disagreed with personally).

And even at the cost of "discussing" the situation with other GMs with opposing views.

He seems like he really does care about doing what is fundamentally fair regardless of his personal feelings for a given a situation.

A good man. Hope he stays around for years to come. reg

I liked interacting with him whenever I needed to assist. He always had a smile for me, or a comforting hug when the assist was about something unpleasant.

Zulkata was like that too, but he was more.. mysterious. Any of you who've had the chance to deal with him in the game would know about his turban. Been years, but it was this turban that had a huge ruby on it that showed you your fate. Of course that was just the "show" description, but it was funny to see it and he had a good time using it as a prop.
