This may not be the place to complain, but I've been hounded by a thief almost every time I get my boxes picked. This thief and I must have a relationship because he targets me all the time. His damn hands are in my pockets more than my wife. My group and I go to the east tower to have our boxes picked, and sometimes one of the others will have coins missing, but it's every time for me. What's going on?

It's not the place... go away, shoo, shoo! <Hee hee, just teasin' ya!> My personal feelings on this issue are not the most popular, and I get a fair amount of grief for feeling as I do. However, I can only offer you my opinion, and not what you might want to hear.
As a rogue that works in the Tower the majority of my time, I have friends that are very skilled at pickpocketing. It is a legal talent that all of us are allowed to explore if we desire. Some do, some don't. I enjoy the mix of good and evil, naughty and nice. I think it would be utterly boring, if all of us were the same. If everyone was a thief, we would all be coinless...if everyone was honest and good, hmmm, well, the locksmiths in the Tower would just die from boredom!
As a young rogue, I had some of my tips stolen, and it was frustrating. I started thinking of ways to outsmart the thief, and it became a challenge. Some of those thieves became good friends that would help me at a moment's notice. I really think most of the thieves that I know, are looking for reactions, and not just trying to get rich. Well, they do like the "easy" silvers, don't get me wrong!
For those that don't enjoy this type of interaction, I would suggest hiring a private picker, or not opening your boxes while in the Tower (after the locksmith picks the lock, go to a private area, open the box, sell the gems, deposit the coins, and give your locksmith a note for the tip). The most popular answer to the theft problem is "close your containers, and bank your silvers".
