an intricate silver armband -

Tiny, majestic etched dragons adorn the edges of some complex intricate knotwork that encircles the gleaming silver armband. Strange runes appear and vanish within the knotwork as it flows throughout the design. A flowing script engraved upon the inside of the armband reads, "May the tides turn in your favor."

Since it was a premium gift alter it cost me nothing, but I want to get another made to match. Any ideas how much it might cost to get it made?

Some merchants charge little to nothing. Katrianne was in altering clothing, jewelry, and armor the other night and did my cloak for free. Most merchants who alter will do jewelry, and a silver armband will probably cost you 10-50k. The hard part is finding the alterer...

Some people sell their alteration scrolls or big job tickets. An alteration scroll is better because you will get it as soon as Sadie approves it. Otherwise you may be waiting a long while before a merchant honoring those BJTs shows up. Expect to pay anywhere from 2-4 million for an alteration scroll.

Supposedly, they will be opening the second year gifts in 2 months or so (following the RSN policy) depending on when Tigermist's Premie Gifts pass QC. She said she wasn't going to open the second year scrolls until she gets those items back from QC stamped with approval, or until 2 months have passed, whichever is sooner...

Also, if anyone ever needs help coming up with an alter, just ask me. I love writing up things like this.

I went with dragons because I collect dragons IRL, and hope to deck out Caels in draconian items as well.
