06:22 PM The Gm's are starting to remind me of the LAPD. Don't know what I mean? Your lucky. Do the phrases, "abuse of power in order to appease one's own ego" mean anything to anyone else here?
Anyway, I'm Arshwikk, and me, and all my accounts are banned for a minimum of 60 days...if you hate me, rejoice. I was banned for swearing in mages while I lay there decaying...no one around. According to Kennesaw, I was banned for other reasons...I said I had read policy and didn't need to read it again, but that I wouldn't curse anymore. Result: He banned me, citing my sixth warning. I'm confused on these "official" warnings, cause I do believe that was my second in 5 years with this account. Of course, both my accounts were banned for this, and now lockout says I had 10 warnings....tomorrrow, I'm sure they'll say 25. I'm no angel to be sure, but I have never pvp'd anyone who doesn't pvp, and they were all bad, I promise

...say what you want about cursing, but here's the real kicker: My wife opened an account, and they banned her based on her last name...my last name...she had never even played before. Thus, we are looking into a class action discrimination lawsuit. Consider the investment of 6 years in this world, the time, the money. Even a 60 day ban means if your premium, with another account, you pay 80 dollars for a service you won't recieve...you could simply close your account, but then you lose an even greater investment. All this is debatable, but the discrimation against my wife is not. Look at it like this:

You like to throw a BBQ every Saturday afternoon. You invite everyone from work every weekend. But you have this same colegue that shows up everytime, brings nothing to the BBQ but a bad attitude, pissing off folks by saying and doing things that are totally inapropriate, ends up gettign drunk and throwing up in the begonias. You going to let him come back? Or are you going to one day show him the curb and tell him he can come back after hes taken time to straighten his useless ass out?

Eventually.. staff will get tired of your crap. You were whining on the other board about how no-one came to rescue you when you were dead? And if this is all just floating over your head.. well.. then just go back to whining about everyone hates you.

10:35 AMWell there, what was it again? Oh yeah, HappyGuy. I don't doubt your claims. I have selectively chosen to play a well likeable and happy character and it is easy. Now the sticker, if you choose a roleplay personality that isn't happy go lucky then I don't think you have such a easy time.

GM's reward the snerts that get off on harassing/prodding the bad people in the game. They let them badmouth and push all the buttons over and over again. When the evil/bad/poor tempered character after repeated warnings does anything about it then snert boy/girl runs to daddy and mommy (GM's) and reports them. Andraste or Kennesaw come in with their minds made up from their high holy throne of assumption and ego to state their judgement.

No listening. No reason at all to even pretend to be customer service people at all.

This aint new people. This has been happening for years. The geeks that run this game are people who do not have lives worth a used stamp and use this fantasy world to act out on their lack of real power. reg

I don't know you...but know of you and I've seen you around a few times...if you weren't getting saved on the isle...that's a shame...if you were rude to people...you had it coming...make some enemies and come to the rift...i'll pray for you...you'll decay a lot more often than when you did on the isle.

As for Simu in general...what's up with the gestapo tactics these days? I've known Kennesaw was trigger happy with banning...knew Reniko was...knew Andraste was...heck...seems like everyone's getting into the mix on throwing people out...

I got banned, Methais told the GM's that drake was my character and he got banned without any argument, <he is my character but they could have at least varified it with me> and then they even banned my SISTER who is on a different acount, different billing, different address, different credit card, everything. They don't give a rats ass about their customers. Which isn't smart at all. My sister had to e-mail them, wait 2 weeks for a responce, then go threw a argument period via e-mail with Simu which lasted like a damn month. They said she gave me some coins a year ago and that means we are the same person. What a bunch of BS. It pisses me off, because my sister, who is the one who got me started on gemstone, quit because of that. Keep in mind that she had no warnings or lockouts or anything. They didn't even question her.. Just one day BOOM in a cell. I can't belive they are doing this to even more people today, i figured whoever was in charge of that got fired... Well anyway, good luck in your lawsuit Arshwikk. I'm glad more and more people are hearing the truth about how they treat people. Now i wish there was somthin to do about it. reg

07:26 PMAgreed Edge, they make mentors role play it out so why can't they? Maybe a little too much work and effort, who knows? They encourage role playing but they never role play situations like that out and then they make a bigger deal out of then they should. Of course you do have some situations which cannot be corrected, which those you just can't help.

Well it's a FACT that Simu lies, that David Whatley only cares about his cars and all the female GMs he boffs at his cushy lake-side villa, and that Andraste is really the Warrior Thrak and she gives free stuff to people she sleeps with when they roll up a new character and step behind the curtain.
