But..
The way you wrote it - "every time I get locked out" - makes me think that this is some sort of common thing with you. Maybe it isn't and you just wrote it that way without realizing the impression it leaves.
But if that is the case, that you do get locked out fairly often..
Maybe their staff is just annoyed with seeing you there all the time and just doesn't want to deal with you anymore.
Again, and I can't stress this enough, I'm not trying to be rude or snide. I'm trying to be sincere.
If it's not the case, if you don't get locked out fairly often (couple of times every year is pretty often in my opinion, but that's just me), then they might simply have so many lockouts to deal with that they are backed up and can't get to you right away.
Asking us, the players (or ex-players in my case) why, won't really give you any answers. Why not call them on the phone and ask them personally? I'd kinda like to know what they say, post here if you try that!
