OK, great. But, it's not enforced. I have a bad record. I have 11
warnings. So in almost every GM I've talked to, My right to do most things

The real problem here is that every GM has a different opinion on how Policy
works. Some say you can defend yourself... some say if you do your banned.
That's a very large problem. Not to mention that Mahegh treated me with No
respect after he found out about my record, said that since I have a bad
record what I say is probably a lie, and everyone with whom I've spoken to
has agreed with this statement. Mahegh is conceited/self absorbed and his
ego is boundless.
Game masters like this make the game harder and harder to play, with being
constantly harassed and so on. It is currently impossible to play the role
of a bad guy when all GM's tell us to report and assist when anyone is
harassing you. This needs to change. Customers need to be treated with
respect. People of this game are not going to take abuse too much longer
before doing somthing about it.
Marisol told me to write here for a review of the situation. Well, that's
what I'm doing. I'm asking for better customer service. I've been a loyal
customer for 3 years or so, have 2 accounts, have recommended many people to
the game, and yet I still get treated like crap. Is there anything that us
as customers can do about this? And what can we do about Game Masters who
abuse their powers and ban / warn anyone who doesn't follow their every
command?
PS I'd be willing to bet that it takes longer then 5 days to get a response
to my e-mail. That would be a point made by itself. If I get a reply
earlier, perhaps I'll know that Service is improving somewhat.

The policy you mention is designed to ward against GM's allowing their personal feelings interfere with their objectivity. GM's are not allowed to assist their friends, nor are they allowed to hinder their enemies.
Kennesaw's statement "you are no longer allowed PvP" is based on your record, not his feelings about you. Any statements you may have received from other GM's were made without researching your record appropriately and are superceded by his statement. At the point he said it, his statement became official policy with regards to your character unless it is overturned by feedback or the product manager. I can guarantee that we will not overturn a statement such as this on an account with 11 warnings. We may not catch you immediately, but the next time you are complained about, you will find that your record will have caught up with you. I strongly advise you to avoid dueling areas at all costs.
If you are attacked or find yourself in conflict with another player, your options at this point are to either log out of the game and come back later or place a report and attempt to leave the situation. If you report being harassed, the GM staff will investigate and deal with it appropriately.
