GMs posting here?

I know for awhile quite a few GMs and Simu staff were posting here regularly. Now I'm not sure if they still do and just do it anonymously (which I think is the better way) or just don't post at all. Anyone care to hazard as a guess as to whether or not GMs still check the PC out?

I'll hazard a guess and say no. Especially after the Trevor Rage situation. Now I do believe that they do read the boards here and at the-spot, because I've talked to a few GMs via e-mail recently and they've referenced messages posted here and there about various topics.

The big boss was here posting not too long ago.

I rather enjoy their posts.

Let em post. This is an open board and should be open to all. I just don't want to see someone taking negitive action in game for something said here. Its great that GM's read here because they get to see the "real" feelings, likes/dislikes, and concerns of the players. I just don't want to see in-game action for something said here. They see many of our characters every day, now they get to see alittle bit of the motovation behind said characters.

Reason I said I thought the anonymous posting was better because especially when Andraste was posting here, people where either being assholes or asskissers to her. I didn't see much objectivity at all and I thought that was kinda lame. I'm pretty sure thats why she stopped posting anyway.

RE: Trevor Rage GM for Modus Operandi

The story goes that he posted something about how he didn't like the pricing plan change somewhere that was not under simu control and was subsequently fired. This was not the only incident of his activity that resulted in his termination, but I'm sure it made a lot fewer GMs wish to post anything.

He posted on the boards but under his regular player account, not the Simu account. reg

If this is just a clarification of how he posted, that's cool. However, posting as a player doesn't void the fact he was employed by that company and should behave in a professional manner at all times. Especially when talking about company issues.

You don't work for Ameritech and go off and talk to customers about how great Sprint's service is. Especially not in an Ameritech hosted medium.

Hey Ladeda,

You wouldn't happen to work for Ameritech would you?

Just asking, since I do!
