Please, please. If you're going to powerhunt/afk and rinse/repeat over and over all day (which you shouldn't be doing, this is a roleplaying game, not a hack and slash) then do it someplace that isn't public, and if you multi-account, do it DISCREETLY. Watching someone sit around 24/7 for the sole purpose of spelling up and sending mana to one character almost wants to make me puke. Especially when both characters never interact with anyone else in the game.

I've had to drag over 30 bodies from Sol to the landing in the past week because of sleeping clerics and empaths, I've ran out of money buying tincatures to heal people and I have no more white flasks. I've decayed 3 times this level, even though I sent out multiple symbols of need when I know there's 20+ people that are voln masters in that town. Just wake the hell up already! reg

Erm... no.

If they make all spells Self Cast.. then, instead of people spelling other people up we will have the MA'ers use their wizards and sorcerers they have for spellups to just go hunt with the lil char and ewave everything

When attempting to rescue someone, first verify that the player is paying attention. I know, sometimes you go net-dead and ghost, but some people are known to be afk regularly, or MA while unresponsive. If after 10 minutes the person you're trying to help still isn't paying attention, give up and find something more satisfying to do.

Net-dead people get punted from the system eventually, afterall.

Nah.. Killing someone if they don't respond is something I would never do. We all have our connection problems, and just imagine what it would be like if the tables were turned.

How often does someone lose their connection right after they spell up their other character or right after they fry and ring back to town and then plop down in town square for 3 hours? reg

My complaint is with people that are controlling two souls at once. Many claim to be able to handle it very well. In my opinion, I've only seen two people that can really do it successfully. One of them is so talented he can work three at once, and they each have very unique personalities! I usually stand there just watching in awe... it's all I can do to handle myself!

[Vornavis, Broken Tower]
Inside the tower, the floor is still sturdy and strong. The walls have cracked and crumbled, but still stand nearly two stories high in some places. To the west, a large doorway leads outward to a cobblestone road. The width of the ring of remains indicate that the tower was once very tall, possibly a watchtower capable of viewing the countryside for miles around. Good point when I was fame hunting on teras I let people die before I would heal them sometimes its not my job to be forced to heal if your stupid enough to believe that you deserve to die. Get off your lazy arse and buy some herbs and see what its like to have scars your self. As for the zombie issue how does what other people do in a town market type place effect you? I mean if they have 20 accounts on all AFK how does that even come close to effecting you? You people need to learn to worry about your own problems before whining about things that don't even concern you.

I'm not standing up for AFKers. I'd rather they not sit around for really long periods of time not responding to anything or anyone. Unfortunately we can't really do that much about them except to pretend they are a part of the tower or market that don't interact with us and move on.

If there is a healer there that doesn't respond and you need healing, head over to the herbalist and buy some herbs and take care of it. If you need a cleric and there isn't one around, make a mad dash to the landing and escort one down. There is a remedy for every situation. If you bleed to death and blame it on the sleeping empath, you really only have yourself to blame.

There are choices you can make. You can either adjust to what we presently have until we find a solution, or come here and complain about it. The first one will make you happier as a player.

Umm last time I checked this is gemstone... a umm whats it called... GAME, not real life don't worry bro this is America if you can't afford a shrink one will be provided for you. Also I never knew the other players in gemstone had to help you in anyway shape or form or help in a certian mission such as a coworker is spoced to be working or helping you or others around them get a job done? Since when it gemstone a job or something someone is being forced to do?

Teras was a nightmare for me. Such snobs there. I didn't even have AIM till 60 trains. I did everything solo tell the middle of pyros. Would go on, but off topic.
