04:56 PMNother quick question. Are rogues the only folks who get discounts when buying picks? I dont seem to get any love from Nerm down in haven, keeps askin me to pay full price.

06:58 PMIf you have lockpicking skills, you can get a bonus. And there's a race bonus in some town shops, I just don't remember what they are specifically. More as in elves have preference in the Elven Nations, dwarves in Teras, and so on. reg

08:30 PMI think lockpick skills and trading play a big part in the type of discount you get when purchasing lockpicks. I train heavily in both and receive the maximum discount (25%).

I'm not sure how much profession counts into it...I know locksmiths that aren't rogues that also receive the maximum discount.
